Security isn’t just about technology.
It’s about people, processes and systems working seamlessly together.
My mission is to provide honest, unbiased guidance to organizations that want to protect their people and assets with all-encompassing security solutions.
My career began in law enforcement, where I spent over 12 years responding to emergencies and gaining a firsthand understanding of how safety truly works on the ground.
Beyond front-line response, I conducted in-depth, long-term investigations in partnership with the community, building trust while addressing complex safety challenges. I also served as a trusted liaison to major private organizations: Target, Wells Fargo, Bremer Bank, Centerpoint Energy, MN Children’s Hospital, U.S. Bank, Temple Israel, Large stadium events (NFL, MLB, NBA, NCAA, concerts, Super Bowl, X Games, etc.) and others.
These partnerships not only deepened my understanding of protecting people, assets, and critical infrastructure at scale but also marked the beginning of my work with IT and security teams to better understand their challenges and the need for integrated solutions.
From there, I joined a Fortune 100 company as a workplace violence investigator, tasked with assessing and managing threats, navigating high-risk situations and building strategies that kept thousands of employees safe.
These experiences taught me the value of being proactive rather than reactive. That is a principle that shapes every consulting engagement I take on today.
But modern risks aren’t confined to physical spaces. As cyber threats became inseparable from physical security, I invested in advanced training and certifications to understand how attackers exploit vulnerabilities across both domains.
That knowledge allows me to design solutions that address the full spectrum of risk: physical, cyber and human.
Today, I help organizations of all sizes, from schools and nonprofits to corporate campuses and private estates, strengthen their security programs with a balanced, forward-thinking approach.
I’m not tied to a particular product or platform; instead, I serve as a trusted advisor who evaluates your current posture, identifies gaps, and builds pathways to solutions that scale with your future needs.
My approach is simple but comprehensive:
Evaluate: Honest, unbiased assessments of facilities, technologies, policies and cybersecurity posture.
Design: Tailored roadmaps with hybrid-cloud platforms, AI-powered analytics and scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
Provide: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year physical and cyber threat monitoring, customized training programs, grant support and a full scope of physical protection services – from unarmed guards to highly trained and experienced executive protection teams.
Partner: Delivering best-in-class solutions through a trusted ecosystem of technology platforms and service providers.
One of the most exciting innovations I bring to clients is the use of advanced analytics platforms combined with my real-world threat assessment experience.
By layering proactive AI-driven monitoring on top of traditional surveillance systems, I help organizations move beyond simply recording incidents to actually preventing them: detecting over 150 unique threat behaviors, reducing false alarms and accelerating response times.
Combined with my investigative background and policy expertise, this creates a level of resilience that prepares clients for both today’s challenges and tomorrow’s evolving risks.
What sets my practice apart from larger firms is agility. Bigger players offer strong services, but often at higher costs and with less flexibility. My model is built for organizations that want enterprise-grade expertise delivered with responsiveness, personal attention and independence.
You won’t be navigating layers of account managers or rigid vendor agendas. You’ll be working directly with me, and benefiting from solutions shaped around your unique environment.
At its core, my work is about more than technology or guards. It’s about helping people feel confident that their schools, businesses and communities are secure.
Whether that means assessing a district’s vulnerabilities, integrating cyber and physical systems, or ensuring a nonprofit can affordably protect its people, I believe every organization deserves a strategy that is both practical and future-ready.
